This is a GREAT MASK. I'm on my third mask in about two months. The first stopped charging so became useless. The second falsely advertised having infrared setting when it did not, I found out the hard way. This came and I was so completely blown away. It's such a reasonably priced item I was not sure what to expect. The quality of this mask is amazing. It is such a soft, lovely material. Even the user manual is off high grade quality and well made. I've used it for several 20 minute sessions and a few 10 minutes sessions already and the charge isn't even close to needing to be done again. I've charged it only the initial time. The eye protectors are a little larger than the other masks I had and they seem to block out the light much more. It had several different timing functions and 3 different levels of strength. They explain step by step the best approach to using the mask and getting the most out of it which the other masks I had did not do. It's FDA cleared which to me is really great, it makes me feel a lot safer using the mask. I already see a new brightness and glow in my skin that I was lacking for some time. I can't wait to see the progress after a few months and I'll write an update to let you all know how I'm fairing with it. I definitely recommend this mask. If you don't have a ton of money to spend but want a great quality mask this is the one for you. I promise you WILL NOT be disappointed.
I have used this product for over a year. I have noticed my skin is soft, and firm. I use the mask 5 days a week for 20 minutes. The mask is easy to use and produces a soft warmth that is relaxing. The only negative is the battery life is limited. I only get a few uses between charging.
I visit my esthetician monthly and use professional grade skin care so before I splurged on the $500 mask since I have it done in office I wanted to try this one. It works great, you have to be using a good skincare regimen but this is a great add on!
